T Series Synchronous Motor Overview

The T series Large AC Three-phase Synchronous Motor for sinter machine is the core driving equipment in steel and metallurgy industries. T Series Synchronous Motor Structural Features

1. According to the structure, this series of synchronous motors can be made with shaft and seat bearing (IM7311) and without shaft and seat bearing (IM5710). The cooling method can be divided into open natural ventilation IC01 and duct ventilation IC37 Various types, such as IP00, IP20, IP21, IP23, IP44, IP54 and other types of motor enclosure protection grade.

2. This series of motors includes three parts: stator, rotor, and bottom plate.

Stator: The base is welded with steel plate. The stator core is laminated with 0.5mm thick low-loss silicon steel sheets, and the core sections are separated by radial ventilation ducts. The stator coil adopts class F insulation (temperature rise is assessed according to class B);

Rotor: The magnetic pole core is laminated with 1.5mm thick steel plates, and the magnetic pole coils are F grade insulation (temperature rise is assessed according to B grade); TK series brushed synchronous motors are equipped with steel slip rings on the shaft, TAW series increased safety brushless Install an AC exciter and a rotating rectifier disk on the shaft of the synchronous motor;

Bottom plate: steel structure, welded with steel plates above 20-30mm.

T Series Synchronous Motor Construction Description

There are all kinds of structural modes of synchronous motor: besides the general twin-bearing block structure, there are the fully-mounted, shaft-free and bearing block-free structure and semi-mounted and single bearing block structure; the movable stator structure; safety structure of slip ring with protective cover and positive draft; the round and box structure in which the bearing may bear the twin axial thrust and may run both forward and backward; automatic aeration-cooling and horizontal and vertical installation; the thyristor excitation structure with slip-ring and brush as well as the excitation structure without brush. The voltage levels include 380V, 3KV, 6KV and 10KV, etc. The protection modes of motor include multiple protection modes from IP00 to IP54.

The frame, end cover and bottom plate of synchronous motor are made of steel plate. Both the stator and bearing are equipped with thermometric parts which may monitor the motor temperature. The rotor employs the salient pole, and the two ends of magnetic yoke are equipped with fans, and the cool wind enters the inside of stator core from end covers at two ends, goes into the ventilating slot through the stator and goes out from the outlet of frame, so it has the good cooling effect. There are also modes of pipe and semi-pipe ventilation, air-water cooling and air-air cooling etc.

The bearings include the end sliding bearing, base-type sliding bearing (circulating cooling of pressure oi), and there are also the end cover rolling bearing (grease lubrication) etc.
