The efficiency indexof YE4 series three phase induction motor has reached China small and medium electric motor industry energy efficiency standard（GB18613—2012《energy efficienct limit value and grade of small and medium electric motor》）first-class level, which is equal to IEC standard IE4 efficiency. YE4 series motor has two protection grade IP55 and IP56, customer could select depend on their requirements. This series motor has 13 kinds of frame size(80~355),95 specifications, pole of the motor is 2, 4, 6,voltage frequency is 380V/50Hz, insulasion class is F.

YE4 -series motor is totally enclosed squirrel-cage rotor ultra high efficiency, super ultra high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor, it is widely used in the general use of all kinds of commonly used machinery and equipment, such as metal cutting machine tools, blowers, pumps, pressure molding machine and other mechanical drive, it is a Ideal products for Energy saving and emission reduction.

The power rating and assembling dimension of YE4-motors is in according with IEC standard, it same with Germany standard DIN2673, the protection grade is IP55 , cooling mode IC411, duty continuously (S1), the testing mode of the losses and efficiency for YE4-motors according to IEC60034-2-1-2016, efficiency targets according to IEC60034-30-1-2014.

YE4 Series Three Phase Induction Motor Application

YE4 series (IP55) ultra-high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor (frame size 80~355), first-class energy-efficient motor, widely used in various fields of national economy, such as machine tools, pumps, fans, compressors, It can also be applied to various power transmission systems such as transmission, mixing, printing, agricultural machinery, food, etc.

YE4 Series Three Phase Induction Motor Technical Characteristics

YE4 series (IP55) ultra-high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor (frame size 80-355) motor rated voltage 380V, rated frequency 50Hz, power range 0.75-375kw, including 2-pole, 4-pole and 6-pole motors. For power below 3kw, the Y connection is used, and other powers are △ connection.

The altitude at which the motor is operated does not exceed 1000 m; the maximum ambient air temperature varies with the season, but does not exceed 40 ° C; the minimum ambient air temperature is -15 ° C. When the motor is used at an altitude of more than 1000m or the maximum ambient air temperature is higher or lower than -40 °C, it is corrected according to the requirements of the rotating machine standard GB 755.

The H80-160 frame number is a fully enclosed bearing structure. The H180 and above frame numbers are open bearings, and the front and rear bearings are equipped with a non-stop filling device. The motor has an anti-condensation drain hole. The conventional electric wire box of the motor is the ejector line, and the right side outlet and the left side outlet line can also be made according to the user’s request. The junction box can be rotated 90° and 180° to facilitate the user to exit the line at different positions.
