YBX3 Series Three Phase Explosion-Proof Electric Motor Description

YBX3 series explosion three phase induction motor are latest products developed by our company combining with home and abroad electromagnetic structure, technique and material etc based on YB, YB2 and YB3 motors. This series of motors have many merits,such as high-efficiency, energy conservation, big margin of temperature rise, long service life, excellent performance, low noise,advanced explosion-proof structure, high reliability and convenient operation and maintenance etc. The efficiency index of this series motors conforms to the energy efficiency grades 2 of specified in GB18613-2006 Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and the energy efficiency grades for small and medium three-phase asynchronous motors. Power class and the installation dimensions accord with IEC standard , also completely are as same as YB and YB2 three-phase induction motors.

YBX3 series motors are totally-enclosed, fan-cooled, squirrel-caged type of explosion-proof three phase marine asynchronous motor. Efficiency of 2~6 poles motors could reach NEMA Premium standard. The motors are designed and manufactured according to GB3836.1 “Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atomosphere-part1 : General requirement”and GB3836.2 “Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmosphere-part2 : Flameproof enclosure “d “. The motors have advantage of high efficiency , energy-saving , big locked-rotor torque , low noise , small vibration , safe and reliable operation , good appearance and etc. The output , mounting dimensions and other corresponding relationships comply with IEC standard.

The housing of this series of motor adopts high strengthened gray casting steel and high quality anti-corrosion painting progress, so that it can bear the explosive mixture which getting into the housing through any contacting face or structure clearance from exploding inside without any housing damage. Also it will avoid the ignition of explosive gas environment which caused by one or multiple kinds of gas or steam so as to ensure the safety of environment. This series of motor has advantages such as excellent flame-proof performance, high reliability, compact structure, high efficiency, energy-saving, safe, environment protection, low vibration, low noise, easy to install and maintain, etc.

Exd-symbol Exd I Mb, ExdⅡAT4 Gb, ExdⅡBT4 Gb

Category I: surface highest temperature no higher than 150℃ (when coal dust may cover the motor surface), no higher than 450℃ (when coal dust will not cover the surface or some protection work has been done to prevent the coal dust accumulation)

Category Ⅱ: surface highest temperature no higher than T1(450℃), T2(300℃), T3(200℃), T4(150℃); Terminal box with three or six terminals for rubber jacket cable (plastic cable) and steel cable.

Ambient temperature:－15℃~35℃ in coal mine and －15℃~40℃ in plant.

Rating voltage: 380V, 660V, 380/660V 50Hz & 400V, 415V, 440V, 460V, 480V, 690V 60Hz (for Exd-symbol Exd Ⅱ and frame size 80-355)
