The fan is usually composed of three parts: the hood, the motor and the fan blade. The motor is an outer rotor structure. Compared with the inner rotor motor, the outer rotor motor has the advantages of stable structure, good protection, low vibration, low noise and reliable operation. However, due to the long-term high-power and high-speed operation, the motor load is often too large. If the fan-specific motor is in this high-load state for a long time, it will cause irreparable losses to the motor.
The reasons for the high load caused by the special motor of the fan are roughly divided into the following situations:
1. Caused by the mechanical equipment being dragged. For example, the waterway of the irrigation and drainage machinery is blocked, the shaft is not concentric, etc., causing the motor to be overloaded or even blocked.
2. It is caused by the poor working conditions of the motor itself. If the ventilation is poor, the ambient temperature is too high, and the mechanical part of the motor is faulty, the motor is overheated, the insulation level is reduced, or even a short circuit.
3. In addition, the quality of the power supply grid is not good, such as the increase of motor current caused by low voltage, three-phase imbalance and other reasons.
